Governance and administration
Eidrion administers its ownership interests, technology assets, licensing arrangements, capital decisions, and major approvals in accordance with its governing documents and applicable written agreements. Operating companies remain responsible for their respective products, customers, personnel, contracts, compliance, and operating obligations.
Eidrion may provide selected technology assets or shared infrastructure under written affiliate arrangements. The scope, responsibilities, and costs associated with those resources are assigned under the applicable agreement.
Eidrion coordinates professional legal, accounting, insurance, and technology advisers, and maintains its own company records and agreements.
